1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pixora website (https://tanstack-start-app.puneetsaxena168.workers.dev), operated by Puneet Saxena, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Pixora provides an AI-powered online background removal tool. Users can upload images, which are processed using artificial intelligence to remove backgrounds. The processed images are delivered digitally.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, obscene, harmful, or copyrighted content without authorization.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our service.
  • Use automated bots or scripts to access the service beyond normal usage.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense processed images for commercial exploitation in violation of the original image rights.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of all images you upload. We do not claim any rights over your uploaded content.
  • Our Service: The Pixora name, logo, software, and design are the intellectual property of Puneet Saxena.

6. Payments & Credits

  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes.
  • Pixora operates on a prepaid credit-based model. Each credit pack (10 credits for ₹40) is a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal.
  • Credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire automatically after 30 days and cannot be recovered, extended, or refunded.
  • Every new account receives 2 free credits which also expire 30 days after registration.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep Pixora available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puneet Saxena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

9. Disclaimer

Our AI-powered background removal provides "best-effort" results. We do not guarantee perfect results for all images. Output quality may vary depending on image complexity, resolution, and subject matter.

10. Privacy

Your use of Pixora is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your data.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where Puneet Saxena is registered.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
